高银萍,女,汉族,1994年5月生,江苏泰州人,中共党员,博士研究生学历,讲师。主要从事:港口运营管理与决策优化研究工作,在国际知名期刊论文发表多篇论文,授权多项发明专利,获上海市“超级博士后”激励计划,参与国家自然科学基金等多个科研项目,受邀担任Transportation Research Part B/E、Computers & Operations Research、Advanced Engineering Informatics等期刊审稿人。
