个人简介：
陈扬，上海海事大学交通运输学院，副院长，教授，博导，上海市人才计划特聘教授（东方学者），复旦大学管理学博士，产业经济学博士后，公派哈佛商学院访问学者，上海市五四青年奖章获得者，交通部水运专家库成员。长期致力于港航场景下的交叉学科研究，覆盖交通工程（水上运输方向）、计算机语言学、智能航海、组织理论（组织社会学）、战略管理等领域。先后主持自然科学基金（后评估“优”），教育部人文社科项目，上海市科委项目等，参与交通部，商务部，上海市人民政府决策咨询项目以及港航头部企业集团科技规划类项目。以第一作者身份在Transportation Research Part A, Tourism Management, Journal of Navigation, Transport Policy等国内外主流期刊发表学术论文多篇。
