《Shipping management》是“交通运输规划与管理”专业硕士研究生（留学生）培养计划中的一门专业学位课。本课程的目的是使学生对国际航运管理的理论有较深刻的了解；使学生较熟练的掌握国际航运管理的方法并应用于实际问题的解决。
要求熟练掌握航次估算、最佳航速确定、船舶运输成本控制的方法；掌握班轮航线规划和船队规划的方法。初步具备通过建立数学模型的方法解决航运管理中的实际决策问题的能力。
