简介：
徐朗，男，2018年9月获博士学位后于同年9月加入交通运输学院，并于2022年12月晋升为副教授。曾在上海交通大学、南洋理工大学、约克大学任访问学者和研究助理，并兼职上海市人民政府发展研究中心决策咨询基地、上海市社会科学创新研究基地研究员。同时，在交通运输工程学科（交通运输规划与管理、水路交通运输）担任硕士研究生导师。
围绕上海国际航运中心建设，作为主要撰写人多篇成果被上海市委市政府作为内参采纳，及主要参与人荣获第十一届上海市决策咨询成果奖二等奖、第十二届上海市决策咨询成果奖三等奖。近年来，围绕港航可持续运营管理、物流与供应链管理等研究发表学术论文70篇，第一/通讯作者近30余篇。受邀在国内外学术会议做特邀报告3次，Google scholar 被引次数近1000余次，H-index为18。
受邀当任Frontiers in Marine Science, Sustainability, Environment Science and Pollution Research等期刊的客座主编，并担任Production and Operations Management, Transportation Research Part B & E, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Marine Policy, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Ocean Coastal and Management等期刊的审稿人。

研究生与本科生培养：
带领学生参与全国大学生管理决策模拟大赛、全国企业竞争模拟大赛、上海市大学生创业决策仿真大赛，共获奖300余次(其中国家级奖项50余次)，并多次获得优秀指导老师，其中2018-2019、2019-2020、2020-2021学年获得学科竞赛校优秀指导老师一等奖，2021-2022学年获得学科竞赛校优秀指导老师二等奖。
所指导的两位2019级硕士研究生石嘉（发表论文五篇，赴深圳大学攻读博士研究生）、狄仲捷（发表论文两篇，赴武汉理工大学攻读博士研究生）荣获上海市优秀毕业生。目前共指导硕士研究生10名，其中2020级硕士研究生朱梦成（发表论文一篇）、杨淑苗（发表论文一篇，并入选ESI高被引论文）；2021级硕士研究生罗玉琦（发表论文两篇）、邹泽元（发表论文两篇）；2022级硕士研究生杨致慧（发表论文一篇）。此外，还指导本科生（赵逍遥，赴上海大学攻读硕士研究生）以第一作者完成多篇SCI论文写作。
