Dr. Zhang Huaxin currently is working as an associate professor of College of transport and communications at the Shanghai Maritime University. She provides courses such as port forecast & decision technology, port operation management and cargo handling techniques in port.
She focuses on transportation planning and management , decision making theory and involved in the project “Road Pricing Strategy Research Based on DTA ( 70371013)” supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). She had published 1 textbook and over 10 papers.
