简介：

黄道正，男，1989年生，江西九江人，中共党员，博士，副教授。主要从事航运安全与通道安全教学科研工作，主持战略运输通道辨识及新型地缘博弈机制研究和海上通道网络脆弱性评估及韧性提升策略研究课题，在Ocean Engineering, Maritime Policy&Management等权威期刊上发表多篇论文。

教育经历：

2015年于上海交通大学船舶与海洋工程专业，取得博士学位；

2010年于华中科技大学物流系统工程专业取得本科学位；

工作经历：

就职于上海海事大学交通运输学院国际航运系，副教授；

国际交流与合作经历：

曾前往新加坡国立大学海事研究中心联合培养，利物浦约翰摩尔大学LOOM研究中心任访问学者；
