徐朗,男,讲师,1990年3月生,于2018年获管理学博士学位,同年9月加入交通运输学院,曾在加拿大York University任研究助理,并兼职上海市人民政府发展研究中心决策咨询基地、上海市社会科学创新研究基地助理研究员。主讲《物流学原理》、《供应链管理》和《运营管理》等课程,并指导学生参与全国大学生管理决策模拟大赛、全国企业竞争模拟大赛、上海市大学生创业决策仿真大赛等,共获奖200余次(其中国家级奖项50余次),并多次获得优秀指导老师。

目前,主持在研上海市哲学社会科学规划项目、上海市科委软科学重点项目、中国人民解放军海军军医大学重点实验室开放项目,参与国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市人民政府决策咨询研究重点课题。同时,在交通运输工程学科(交通运输规划与管理、水路交通运输)担任硕士研究生导师,研究方向为港航可持续性运营管理、港航物流与供应链管理。围绕港口与航运发展、航运中心建设多篇成果被上海市政府作为内参采纳,并荣获第十一届上海市决策咨询成果奖二等奖、第十二届上海市决策咨询成果奖三等奖。近年来,围绕港航可持续运营管理、物流与供应链管理等研究方向发表学术论文60余篇,第一/通讯作者28篇。同时,也担任Production & Operations Management, Transportation Research Part B & E, European Journal of Operational Research, Marine Policy, Ocean Coastal & Management的审稿人。其中以第一作者发表的著作如下:
